The palate is medium-bodied with powdery tannins. Fine depth, a keen line of acidity, quite Pommard in style towards the structured finish. He has fermented all of the fruit as whole bunches (perhaps to fill the tank?). But there is no edge of green tannins, suggesting that he sorted particularly well.
