She used almost all the lees from the juice in the barrels - \"it was so great\".  It gave more depth and complexity to the wines. The palate is a little reductive on the entry. Fine acidity, fresh and sapid, with quite a pronounced nutty note on the finish that reminds me of a Meursault.
