Wow, this wine is perfectly mature, entering it’s first window of perfection at 13 years of age. It’s fine to buy it to keep, but this is a monolithic flavour bomb now, with cumquat, spiced apple and passionfruit flavours and a nuance of honeycomb; but it’s still fresh and vibrant, delicious and very long.
