Steely, tangy acidity sits at its core, flecked with crushed quartz minerality and even a nutty, savoury, slightly game meaty element (maybe botrytis?) that is curious and appealing. Lots of ripe citrus, peel, pith and juice here. Wonderful, complex expression.'
