Turkish delight and sour cherry on the nose ribbon through to sharp strawberries, vanilla-and-cedar spices, and muscular, if slim, tannins on the palate. There is a sense of gentle yoga-like control and flow to the tannins. The ripeness of the fruit – on the cusp of red and black – is on the cusp of sharp to ripe; liminal.
