This is a very dense and mineral expression but stacked with flinty, smoky elements and very saline overall. Ripe, grannysmith apple, lemon and a hint of yellow fruit too, all wash around the palate with gun-flint and salty sea breeze notes. It's racy, succulent, oozing with yeasty warm dough like character, it's very long and it ever so gently grips the palate all the way along. - Randall
