Because it’s amazing value for the quality and because it’s made like a far more expensive wine.\u003cbr\u003e- Average age of vines; 34 years\u003cbr\u003e- Yield; a lowish 2 t\/acre or 32 hl\/ha.\u003cbr\u003e- Cepage; 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot,2% Malbec\u003cbr\u003e- 2023 Alc. 13.2% \u003cbr\u003e- Soil work and terroir; horse, manual and tractor. The vines are situated on a small plateau of mostly gravel close to Pauillac and very close to Pontet Canet, Mouton and Lafite. \u003cbr\u003e- Fermentation and ageing; This is the sort of method you would expect of a much more expensive wine!
