This is very tiny single vineyard on a small hump on the hill of Corton on the east facing slope, just next to Rognet and Bressandes, a small “island” of chalky white wine dirt in sea of red wine territory.
“Slightly less full yellow and a very fine noble reduction. Limestone outcrop is the secret here. This has the density, even a saline note, very good persistence. Makes one salivate. Fine aftertaste.
