Marco de Grazia has long championed the idea that these historic contrade deserve to be understood individually. His single-site Etna Bianco wines bring that philosophy vividly to life. Produced from old bush-vine plantings Carricante grown in high-altitude volcanic soils, the wines combine brightness and structure with a distinctive saline edge. Some sites show lifted citrus and white flowers; others reveal deeper stone fruit notes and a smoky mineral tension.
