    2025 Bindi Dixon Pinot Noir
    $77 per bottle | $74 in 3-Packs | $72 in 6-Packs
2 weeks ago I drank a magnificent bottle of 1994 Bindi pinot that was alive, quite sprightly and still showing some red fruit character at 32 yo! That was a cooler season than 2025, so this beautiful wine here may not last quite that long, but it may well do! This is a classy, highly perfumed, ripe, complete, classy pinot with impressive richness, depth and a swathe of red fruit opulence (cranberry seed, crushed ripe cherries, red berries etc.). The 20%+ new oak is lost in the wine, the tannins are there, but also covered in fleshy fruit and good body. There is a cherry liqueur character and some Asian spice and liquorice. Wow, this is a very lovely pinot! Like 2010 and 2015 it has great x-factor from the low crop and ripe season. Randall.

    2025 Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay
    $77 per bottle | $74 in 3-Packs | $72 in 6-Packs
As is usually the case with this wine it is fully ripe and flavoursome but also with tension and nice acidity. The palate has savoury and creamy elements with lovely doughy lees and barrel ageing character. Michael says he sees "fragrant notes of orange blossom, nectarine stone, spice and subtle nuttiness with a vibrant, tight, long palate highlighted by clean acidity, wonderful texture and fine length." I couldn't say it better myself! This is also a good "keeper". Randall.

Hot new release from a Halliday 5-Star Winery

Gembrook Hill was established by Ian and June Marks in one of the coolest and most southernmost Upper Yarra Valley sites in '83. The northeast-facing vineyard is in a natural amphitheatre and the low-yielding vines are unirrigated. Timo Mayer looked after the viticulture and winemaking from '00–05 when Ian and June’s son, Andrew, joined the family farm. Timo and Andrew worked together until ’17, also making their own wines at Gembrook Hill. Since then, it's been an all-family affair with June and Andrew Marks, who is in charge of winemaking and viticulture, co-managing Gembrook Hill. Indeed, the only contract labour they use is for picking. As to the wines, Gembrook Hill has produced a superb set, all with their trademark finesse and elegance. - Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion

2025 Gembrook Yarra Valley Village Pinot Noir
    Offer: $39 | $36 in 6-Packs
"From a vineyard in Yellingbo, 6km from Gembrook. A light, bright crimson ruby. A pure-fruited bouquet of red fruits, delicate spice and a light dusting of rose petal. It's a little richer and more structured than the '24, and while it's been made to drink now, this will still be looking good three to four years from now.'

2025 Gembrook Yarra Valley Estate Pinot Noir
    Offer: $68 | $65 in 6-Packs
"100% destemmed, four weeks on skins, matured in hogsheads (20% new). Medium, bright crimson. An extremely perfumed and pure-fruited wine, redolent of freshly poached strawberry, rose petal and baking spices. Even better on the palate; richly flavoured yet light on its feet, with a medium-bodied frame and wonderfully silky and persistent tannins. Finishes long. One of those wines that is delicious straight from the gate but will age beautifully, too.'

2025 Gembrook 'JKM' Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
    Offer: $125 | Extremely Limited
"A deep, bright ruby-red. Andrew Marks calls the I.J.M a vigneron's wine and views the J.K.M, with its 100% whole bunches and 50% new oak, as a winemaker's wine. Deeper in colour and more brooding, with aromas of dark raspberry, plum and black tea, yet the palate remains finely detailed and very bright. This is one of a compelling set of pinots from Gembrook Hill in '25; it will be fascinating to watch them evolve over the next decade." 97 Pts. - Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion

2025 Gembrook 'IJM' Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
    Offer: $125 | Extremely Limited
"From a small block of MV6 planted in 2014 and another equally small block containing the oldest pinot vines on the property. 100% destemmed. Medium, bright ruby. This has the perfume and complexity of the Gembrook Hill '25 Pinot Noir but with an extra degree of concentration. Aromas of red and black fruits, dark rose, underbrush and spice lead onto a richly flavoured, beautifully structured palate. Destined to age superbly. Only 30 dozen produced."
