Gutedel (noble taste) is the Badenese word for the grape Chasselas. This wine is wild, deep, characterful and delicious. The old vines, high density planting, limestone slopes, pitterfully low yields, skin-contact and long lees ageing in barrels gives what is probebly the best Chesselas in the world.
