2018 Domaine de l'Arlot NSG Clos de l'Arlot 750Ml Bottle

'The 2018 Nuits Saint-Georges Clos de l’Arlot 1er Cru was very backward when I tasted it at the domaine and demanded some time in the glass. Introspective black fruit and touches of menthol and spices emerge with aeration. The medium-bodied palate offers quite firm tannins that lend impressive backbone. This is a more masculine Clos de l’Arlot than I have encountered in the past, quite grippy but maintaining balance, with a slightly chalky-textured finish.' Score 91-93, Neil Martin, vinous.com
