The 2019 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Pruliers 1er Cru sees no new oak, like most of Louis Boillot's other Premier Crus. The tightly wound nose features blackberry, wild hedgerow and chalky, petrichor notes in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins that frame the lightly spiced red fruit and just a hint of black pepper and curry leaf on the persistent finish.
