2024 De la Bêche Pinot Noir 750ml

'This wine was made at Bindi by Michael Dhillon from Tim’s De La Bêche fruit. It has youthful vibrancy, rose petal and other florals mingled with crushed berries and Asian spices on nose and palate. The wine tastes classy and generous in flavour, and it’s no surprise it’s a little along Bindi lines. Tim used just 10% whole bunches and of the 6 barrels, 2 were new. The silky tannins are present when you think about them but melt away when you don’t. This is classy wine.' Randall Pollard
