Their enthusiasm and ambition were infectious; their attention to detail obvious and impressive; and their vineyards – now spread among Le Mesnil, Ambonnay, Bisseuil, Trepail, and Mareuil sur Ay – are all grand or premier cru-rated... they made a fine show, and this is a grower well worth watching."

This is a 10 domaine with only 1er Cru and Grand Cru sites. The bedrock of the estate is 5ha of 1er Cru Bisseuil which ajoins the famous village of Ay (Grand Cru). Xavier has policies of no chaptalisation, no fining, no filtration and no malo.
