Josh Cooper's storage cool room full of his "Museum Stocks" burnt down in the Harcourt fires. It's so sad, however there is good news, we bought a few more cases of the amazing and destinctive "graceful powerhouse" Redbank (think Sally's Paddock fame) Cabernet. Buy some and raise a glass to Josh and wish him well knowing you helped a him a little.

I tasted this last week, and tasted the same wine today, and it's stunningly beautiful. It somehow manages to have a tiny touch of "honeycomb age", but it still vibrant, firm and fresh. It has generosity, great power and richness, but it's still tight with a great firm and textured backbone and great length. A true Grand Cru wine. Randall.

'Very cool and reserved, but with great underplayed power, this is in every sense a very serious wine. Major structure crammed into a sleek package. Stunning depth at the very long, herbal and mineral finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. 97 points - Stuart Pigott, James Suckling
