    Louis Roederer Cristal
2015 Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne Brut
    RRP: $647 | Offer: $475
2015 is the first vintage the region was recognised as a UNESCO world heritage site.
“For the warm and dry vintage this has tremendous freshness and elegance. The complex nose of citrus blossom, mint, lemon and lime zest opens up slowly as this aerates in the glass. The wine’s ample structure is still quite firm, which is a vintage characteristic, the mousse very fine but also very lively for an eight-year-old champagne." 97 Points! - James Suckling

“…the 2015 is rich, dense and explosive, with tremendous textural intensity and also a good bit of energy to back it up. Citrus confit, spice, ginger, chalk and dried flowers abound in a Champagne endowed with tremendous aromatic presence in a style that offers notable richness, but lighter than vintages such as 2012. There is a bit of the savoriness that is such a signature of the year, but it is nicely integrated in the wine’s fabric...The 2015 is an unusual Cristal in that it includes fruit from all 45 parcels at the domaine, which has not happened since 2002." 96 points – Atonio Galloni, Vinous

2014 Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne Brut
    RRP: $594 | Offer: $475
"The 2014 Cristal is another in a long line of gorgeous wines from Roederer and long-time Chef de Caves Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon. A dazzling, vibrant Champagne, the 2014 impresses with a stunning combination of fruit density and linear energy that brings to mind a hypothetical blend of 2012 and 2008… The 2014 Cristal is a riveting Champagne. Don't miss it." 98 Points! -Antonio Galloni, Vinous

"An enlightened expression from a season of extremes, this has intensity, ripeness and depth of fruit that is underpinned by chalk soil-derived structure and freshness. Complex nose with lemon and grapefruit aromas, as well as closed red apple, blood orange, light biscuit spices and toasted hazelnut...Very complex, it strikes a natural balance and is very drinkable already, though will develop well for more than a decade in the cellar." 97 Points! - James Suckling

    NV Delamotte Champagne Brut
    RRP: $105 | Offer: $89
    6-Pack Price: $82!
Its location is one of Delamotte’s richest assets. The chalky soil, the flora and the sloping vineyards give the grapes their exceptional character, delivering delicate, consistent champagnes. Comprised of 60% Chardonnay,  35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. This wine has matured for 36 months on lees, with a base wine from 2018 with 20% reserve wines from 2017 and 2016.

"Attractively chalky and biscuity nose, with some honey, apricots and lemon cream. It's balanced and focused, with very fine bubbles, a medium body and well-rounded finish." 91 points - jamessuckling.com
"The latest release of Delamotte's NV Brut is especially charming, bursting with aromas of crisp orchard fruit, peach and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and enveloping, it's a fleshy, giving wine that's ample and pliant, with a pinpoint mousse and a nicely defined finish." 90 points - William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

     NV Delamotte Blanc de Blancs
    RRP: $145 | Offer: $119
    6-Pack Price: $109!
"Light yellow. Mineral-tinged peach, melon and pear aromas display excellent clarity, picking up a subtle floral quality with aeration. Supple and seamless on the palate, offering vivid honeydew and pit fruit flavors accented by a vibrant lemon zest quality. Finishes very long, silky and precise, with an echo of juicy melon and strong mineral lift. 92 points" Josh Raynolds - Vinous
"Always tangy, clean and refined with a creamy texture and lightly cooked apple and pie-crust undertones. Medium body. Lovely texture and a long and flavorful finish. Drink now. 92 points" jamessuckling.com
"The latest release of Delamotte's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is showing well, offering up aromas of citrus oil, crisp green orchard fruit, hazelnuts and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, round and charming, this is a soft, delicately fleshy wine that's extremely pleasant and pleasure-bent. 90 points" William Kelley - Wine Advocate

NV Gonet-Medeville Champagne 1er Cru 'Tradition'
    RRP: $90 | Offer: $79
"Gonet-Medeville's NV Brut Premier Cru Tradition is showing very well, bursting from the glass with an expressive bouquet of crisp yellow orchard fruit, honeycomb, dried citrus rind, walnuts and fresh brioche. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and fleshy, with ripe but racy acids, fine depth at the core and a long, sapid finish. This is a complex Champagne that sees some barrel fermentation." 92pts! - William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

2019 Dominique Gruhier Cremant de Bourgogne Extra Brut
    RRP: $69 | Offer: $42
    6-Pack Price: $39!
Chardonnay and pinot blend, 100% barrel fermented, traditional method sparkling wine. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates to avoid damage to berries.
The flavour and colour suggests chardonnay is the dominant player here. White fleshy fruits sit behind a marine-inflected nose and a wealth of autolytic richness - this wine is not only geographically but also stylistically situated halfway between Chablis & Champagne. The palate is all finesse, and the 4g/L dosage rounds out the piercing acidity and chalky minerality. Not your average Cremant de Bourgogne! Grown in the perfectly cool climate of the Auxerrois with Kimmeridgian soils to boot - it’s no surprise that Domaine Gruhier make great sparkling wines. - Randall
