In recent months I've tasted a Fevre 1er Cru Beauroy 2010 and 2011, and both blew me away for their pale colours, youthfulness, "stability" and sheer deliciousness (the 2011 showed more rocky / chalky, tight minerality and "marine" qualities). They both have a feeling of indistructability but along with definate chablisity and lovely balance. The inherent fruit density, good acidity, expert winemaking and the Diam corks all go towards making these Fevre wines great cellaring or drinking options.These represent great bargains!
