The benchmark for the Mosel - Joh. Jos. Prüm wines are absolute classics, they show a beguiling lightness with that intensity of flavour and depth that made the Mosel so famous. This highly traditional estate has changed very little in its over 100 year history, and while many new and talented winemakers have popped up across Germany, Prüm's excellence always remains a constant. The legendary Dr Manfred Prüm's daughter Katharina has dutifully continued the family's tradition of its emphatically elegant style. The dancing minerality, delicate sweetness and fine, mouth-watering acidity combine with explosive peach, citrus, passionfruit and fresh herb lift to give incredible and wonderous wines. These wines are very rare; some of the wines are limited to only a few bottles!
