2021 Deep Woods Single Vineyard Chardonnay
RRP: $56 | Offer $47
This wine from a Karridale brims with delicious, nutty pastry crust aromas which mingle with lifted white peach and orange blossom perfume. A textural wine with a vibrant, linear acidity. Juicy lemon and lime citrus fruit, fennel frond and savoury oak-driven complexities create an elegant, yet energetic wine with a long, tangy finish. Karridale is from the cooler southern area of Magaret River. It is one of the best value chardonnays of Australia!

JAMES SUCKLING'S TOP 100 WINES OF THE WORLD 2022 - 98 Points
"A dense and structured white with white peaches, honeysuckle, lemon tree, and hints lime. Full-bodied with a gorgeous center palate and intense and lively finish. So wild and energetic. Wonderful depth and focus. Drink or hold. Can age beautifully. Think where it will be."
2019 Pierro 'VR' Chardonnay
RRP: $165 | Offer $157
"Richness and generosity, freshness and chalky-flinty minerality – all even, all in synch, all good. Scents of honey toast, Parisian almonds, ripe apple, nashi pear and cinnamon. The palate similarly set, plush in a way but for that building pucker of talc-like chew and yet it finishes with amplitude and very long down the trail. A little cinnamon and clove spice lingers, a touch of almond nuttiness too. There’s a lot of chardonnay here, and it’s done well in that way. Delicious and moreish expression. 95 points, drink 2022-2035+", Mike Bennie, Winefront
2020 Leeuwin Art Series Chardonnay
RRP: $180 | Offer: $149
Limit - 2 bottle per person
"It would not surprise me if this was considered the greatest Leeuwin chardonnay yet. You would get no argument from me... there is elegance and power here. Subtle layered wine. It was a year of great concentration and power. Has pear and lime character that is part of the DNA. The fruit is generous, especially about the mid palate. Has a subtle and not overstated flinty character with a lift of spice. The oak is brilliantly managed and complementary. It's very tight and precise and the whole-bunch technique gives it that stalky, phenolics character. There's a savoury almond meal character on the finish. Incredible length and power here. The minerally character on the finish is quite pronounced. In the top three, certainly, of any Leeuwin chardonnay. 99 points" - Ray Jordan

2020 Deep Woods Estate Cabernet
RRP: $47 | Offer: $39
The 2020 vintage was a brilliant season in Margaret River. A warm and dry season with below-average crop yield allowed for perfect tannin development and an incredible intensity of flavour. The resulting 2020 wines show amazing brightness and clarity, intense and charming fruit character and a youthful exuberance, which ensure enjoyment as both young and older wines. Fruit was crushed into separate fermenters and pump-overs and delestage were used to extract tannin and colour. After 10-14 days, the ferments were pressed before completing primary fermentation to dryness in tank. The wine was then racked into tight grain, thin stave Bordelaise French oak barriques, 20% of which were new, and matured for 18 months before blending. Received gold at Wine Show of Western Australia 2022, Margaret River Wine Show 2022, Perth Royal Wine Show 2022, Margaret River Wine Show 2021
2020 Cullen Wines 'Diana Madeline' Cabernet Merlot
RRP: $175 | Offer: $153
The 2020 Diana Madeline vintage was hot and dry. For the old block cabernet sauvignon vines these drought like conditions resulted in the vines producing small berries, and hence the vines were low yielding – .i.e. bunch numbers were average but with low berry weight. This produced a wine of elegance, balance and perfume… effortless. The blend is 92% cabernet sauvignon, 4% merlot, 3% cabernet franc, and 1% malbec. Closed tanks, open fermenters, barrels and amphora were all used in the fermentation process, and the period of skin contact time lasted from 10 to 99 days depending on the batch of wine. This wine spent 13 Months in 50% new oak in a mixture of barriques and puncheons, with some biodynamic oak featuring.
2021 Cullen Wines 'Diana Madeline' Cabernet Merlot
RRP: $175 | Offer: $149
2021 vintage marks the 50th year of plantings for cabernet sauvignon at the Cullen Wilyabrup vineyard. Comprised of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon 4% Merlot 3% Cabernet Franc 1% Malbec, hand picked matured in French oak (50% new) for 13 months.
"The perfumed bouquet has already soaked up the new oak, the purity of fruit in a cassis-redcurrant-blueberry spectrum. The small berries of a quasi-drought summer might have imposed awkward tannins, but the medium-bodied palate is so perfectly balanced it has a drinking span of 30 years and counting." 98pts - James Halliday
"Another beautiful, soulful release, this one a bit darker, a bit bolder, a mesh of tannins over train tracks and tension, but a wine of significant pedigree and wow factor nonetheless. Dark chocolate and graphite aromas with salted plum, black olive, bay leaf and oyster shell. Flavours ripple with authority in that weave of tannin, dark choc again, panforte perhaps more apt, dark cherry, saline minerality, more bayleaf and cinnamon spice. Succulent in the finish, mouth-watering and very fresh. Compelling stuff." 96pts - Mike Bennie, Wine Front. Reportedly received 97pts from Aaron Brasher, Huon Hooke's The Real Review
