2023 PICHOT Vouvray Sec 'Coteau de la Biche'
RRP: $41 | Offer: $31 | Straight 6 or Mixed Dozen: $29
The hill of the deer. A nose that combines apples and pear and candied citrus, and some honey. The flavours are pure and tightly drawn, with a chalk-mineral thread providing texture and an elegant, enduring close. This is very 'chenin" but in a ripe way, with apple, way, hay, honey and lemon. We thought that this is impressive.
