Guillaume Vrignaud 2022 Petit & AC Chablis and 2021 Premier Cru Fourchaume Cote de Fontenay and Vaupulans. Since we started offering Guillaume's wines a few years ago they have rocketed out of obscurity to a deserved lofty reputation for great quality, and as Jasper Morris says: "excellent wines of character". The domaine is is now using clay amphora as well the stainless steel and tiny amounts of oak barrels. The organic vines continue to thrive and according to Jasper his wines sit immediately below the tip of the Chablis pyramid on the rung directly below Dauvissat and Raveneau. Cheers, Randall
