2020 Genot Boulanger Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 'Les Folatieres' 750Ml Bottle

The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières ler Cru has a spicier bouquet than its peers, perhaps a little more amplitude and personality, though it needs to manifest more focus. It does seem to lose some precision with aeration. The palate is slightly bitter on the entry, fresh and saline, but it lacks depth towards the pithy finish. Maybe I caught this at the wrong moment? Certainly not bad, though not attaining the level I gauged from barrel a couple of years ago. 90 points - Neal Martin, Vinous
