2025 Bannockburn 1314 Shiraz 750ml Bottle

'1314 Shiraz is made from fruit grown on the Range & Winery Block vineyards, planted in 1974, 1990 and 1996. The Shiraz parcels were fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast. The wine remained on skins for 9 days before pressing and was matured for 7 months in mostly hogsheads with 10% new oak.' Angus Pollard, Bannockburn 2025
