This small plot is just below the 1er Cru of Champans of Marquis d’Angerville.  “We like to work in these vines – the soils is easy to work!” A solid wine usually raised in 25%+ new oak and this gets well buried in beautiful ripe and elegant fruit shimmering with raspberry and plum with hints of rose and spice. It’s an enticing and complex red with class, generosity and finesse. Excellent!
