2024 Mont Redon Cotes du Rhone Blanc

Château Mont-Redon has established itself as a tried-and-true Châteauneuf-du-Pape address and the superb quality of its vineyards has been recognized throughout history and prior to the adaptation of the appellation controlee system as one of the few “Grand cru’s” in the region (together with Chateau Rayas).

55.5 % Viognier, 16 % Roussanne, 15 % Marsanne, 10 % Grenache Blanc, 3.5 % Clairette, whole-bunch pressed, then cool-fermented in stainless steel, without malolactic conversion. Matured on fine lees for a few months and bottled in the February following vintage.
