Mid lemon yellow. Here there is an immediate impression of concentrated fruit moving into the yellow spectrum. Plenty of weight, even a bit of warmth, perhaps a slightly spirity feel from the wood. 50% new wood, being 2 x 500 litres. Harder to judge today but this should work out, and past performance of this vineyard suggests I may be under-rating En Remilly today. Drink from 2028-2034.
