This is one of the best ever Prinz Kabs! 9% alcohol is no surprise, but the explosively intense peach and nectarine fruit is. This is from a high-altitude section of the Hendelberg site and has a good freshening 9 g/l of acidity to match the relatively “lowish” 45 g/l of residual sugar. “This is the first time we have made a Kabby with this low RS and a higher acidity and we are really happy with the results." says Fred
