Laura David Vigneronne Montlouis-Sur-Loire l'Insolente, Loire, France

Establised in 2017 in Montlouis-Sur Liore the vines are  grown organically,  with an  experimental approach with agro-environmental practices such as eco-grazing. In the vines, a spontaneous grass is left to preserve the flora and auxiliary fauna useful for the balance of the vine. The harvest is manual with natural fermentation and minimal intervention.  The objective is to reveal a terroir, an identity, a vintage on each of the vintages.
