“The village-level Morey from Amiot-Servelle is marvelous, with a dark colour ripe and a rich, plummy fruit scented with spice on the initial attack. There is impressive density, balanced acidity, firm-ish tannins, and surprisingly good length on the palate. The wine is produced from two parcels, one in the Clos Solon and one in Les Baraques, with a total surface area of 2.41 hectares.
