The most beautiful (clean) scent of fresh morel mushrooms and truffle. I could smell this for hours! Earthy, meaty, musky, dense. Woodsy and very slightly smoky. Strawberry fruit with the delicate ping of wild strawberries in the acidity. Super-fine bead. A long, elegantly bitter spine. This is rather beautiful. 17 points Tamlyn Currin, Jancis Robinson
