Bollinger B16 Extra Brut

73% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay, from mainly late-ripening terroirs on the Montagne de Reims. After 7 years' ageing on lees the wine saw a dosage of 4 g/l. 
'Lively and more floral than many a Bollinger champagne – almost transparent and filigree. The opposite of heavy with marked but not excessive acidity at this stage. Much is happening at the house of Bollinger under chef de cave Denis Bunner!' 17.5 Jancis Robinson
