This wine comes from vineyards in Cramant, Chouilly, Oger and Le Mesnil, all Grand Crus in the Côte des Blancs. 70% fermented in foudre with malo and 30% fermented in enamel lined tanks - this makes up 80% of the wine which is then blended with reserve wine (20%) in this case seven vintages (2009-2015) This is a perpetual reserve not a solera - this was bottled in 2018 and disgorged in July 2021
