2022 Domaine Gueguen Chablis 1er Cru Vaucopin 750ml Bottle

From the village of Chichée, Gueguen’s Vaucoupin site has 40-year-old vines, producing small berries with slightly thicker skins. The steep, south-facing slopes sit on the plateau at around 190 metres and produce deeper and more powerful wines. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, and the wine went through full malolactic conversion, followed by six months’ maturation on lees. This vineyard often produces Picq’s best wine.
