The Hommage is a barrel selection (6 barrels in 2021) in order to make a vin de garde. A glowing colour with a green streak. The oak is more apparent on the nose. Just a more luxurious version of the previous wine, oakier too, and for me, while the wine is young, this hides the precision of the regular Pouilly. Just give it twenty years says Frédéric.
