2021 'Reserve' Les Tours Vin de Pays Du Vaucluse Blanc 750mL

In the world of wine, Emmanuel Reynaud (who tragically passed in November 2025) is known foremost for his haunting, inimitable Rayas reds. However, it would be a grave mistake to look past these beguiling whites which rival those reds in delivering an entirely unique and rivetting wine experience. 

The 2021 vintage in the southern Rhône was fresh and balanced — after the extreme heat of 2020, a welcome return towards elegance and tension. For the Grenache Blanc, growing on the limestone and sandy soils of Sarrians, 2021 was a dream year: aromatic intensity, cool acidity, creamy texture — everything in equilibrium. The result is a white wine found nowhere else: opulent and taut at the same time, generous and fresh. This is 100% Clariette from vines planted in 1982, harvested from the sandy bottom of the slope where there are richer soils than the Côtes-du-Rhône. Once malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for 8-9 months.
