The grapes are not in fact Aligoté doré because Frédéric wants the greener touch. A little spice on the nose. 'A very aligoté-like nose features notes of green apple, spice and plenty of citrus. I like both the texture and the energy of the delicious and fleshy middle weight flavors that conclude in a refreshing, clean, dry and lemon-tinged finish.
