Drawn from a patchwork of ten plots averaging fifty years of age, the fruit spans Puligny’s varied soils—from clay-laced Tremblot to the stonier Meix and Levrons, through to Corvée des Vignes and Reuchaux beside the village. The wine matures for eleven months in barrel (15–20% new), then rests seven more in stainless steel. Aromatically fresh and saline, it carries mineral clarity on the palate, with hints of brioche softening its precise, lively frame.
