2023 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Clos Saint Jean Rouge

40% whole bunch vinification. Pale in colour but very stylish on the nose, all the finesse one hopes for. Beautifully silky across the palate, but still with a couple of tannins at the end and good acidity, while the perfumed whole stretches out really well at the back. Drink from 2030-2040.
