2025 De la Bêche Aligoté 750ml

'This is a surprise package made from fully ripened “doré” (golden) ripe grapes and the tiny volume gave just one old 228lt barrel. This is what great aligoté is about, good ripeness (12.5%), low pH (only 3.1) good acidity and lovely lees-ageing complexity and pulpy / juicy fruit flavours. There is ripe but subtle grapefruit nuance and a twinge of honey, with some savoury reductive notes and freshly cut hay. We can only get 2 of the 25 dozen made.
