2023 Daniel Bouland Chiroubles 'Chatenay' MAGNUM

This wine comes from 30 yo vines on a 0.65 ha vineyard with a steeper, higher altitude and a light yellow sandstone. Like the Cuvee Melanie, the Chiroubles is a more powerful style, yet still offers bountiful lively fruit. Vivacious aromas of pomegranate and raspberries are followed by a subtle Christmas spice. This is a medium-bodied wine that is round and enveloping - another favourite of ours.
