2012 Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs 750ml

Disgorged on the 5th December 2025 with thirteen years on yeast lees. A special release of a tiny quantity of Blancs de Blancs aged in our cellars. Bottled with zero dosage as per the original 2012 wine which was originally released in 2018 with 6 years on yeast lees.

Tasted in January this year, the wine is fresh, barely a whisper of age, it is though lovely and calm. A beautifully balanced sparkling where the fruit and acidity meet in harmony. Without a doubt in my mind one of Australia's best examples of vintage bubbles. Flying under the radar, it deserves more attention. Jane Semple

2018 Release
Traditional method, 4 years on lees/tirage followed by further time on cork. A finely built blanc de blancs, grapefruit and white flowers up first, then a creamy/leesy finish and lingering aftertaste.' 95 points - James Halliday, Halliday Wine Companion
