60yo vines. This site is just above 1er Cru Fontenay and Grand Cru Ruchottes with 60yr old vines. Guillon works hard in the vines to let a little more sun through because of the slight northerly aspect. It's showing a forest floor/brambly nose with ripe cherries, stony minerality with broad shoulders and a firm long finish.
