"Don’t be alarmed by the pale ruby colour – this is not at all wimpy. Instead, it’s a refined and lighter-framed rendition with layers of flavour. It has an almost whole-bunch character but winemaker Franco d’Anna destems the fruit. Still, expect flavours of earthy rhubarb and grated raw beetroot with a sappy freshness.
