From the famous Yangarra "Highsands" block, probably the best bush-vine grenache block in Australia. The site was planted in the 40's and is organic. The grapes are fermented and hand-plunged in open vats; then aged in older barrels. The site produces tiny berries with great flavour and the wines has "Burgundy-like" suppleness and silky texture.
