2023 Stargazer Palisander Riesling 750Ml Bottle

This is Sam’s fuller bodied and full-on Riesling fermented in concrete and ceramic eggs only. It has palpable texture and the exoticism is nudged along intelligently by some skin-contact, a “wild” ferment and some lees ageing in aforementioned eggs that provide protection against oxygen but more yeast lees-interaction with the wine. This has some musk and lemon / lime pith, fresh herb and lavender along with classic Riesling lemongrass and grapefruit.
