Clear bright lemon. There is plenty of flesh evident even on the nose, but without losing the lovely detailed style of Genevrières with verbena and lime blossom notes. The 2018 Meursault Genevrières 1er Cru is a wine that Véronique Drouhin is convinced will age for many years, comparing it to the 2012. It has a vibrant, fresh, effervescent bouquet with walnut and smoke aromas billowing from the glass.
