2024 Stargazer Riesling 750Ml Bottle

This is a more traditional Aussie Riesling, fermented in stainless steel. It has amazing drive and vitality, but also a little exoticism from the wild ferment. The texture is much finer that the wine above without the palpable phenolic texture. The freshness, balance, fruit-salad of flavours and mineral finish all combine masterfully.
