"The 2023 Monthélie Les Sous-Roches comes from limestone soils with an easterly exposure. With sea cave and light petrichor scents on the nose, these aromatics already have a spring in their step. The palate is fresh and saline on the entry, with moderate depth, a twist of sour lemon and a pinch of lemongrass towards the finish.
