This is a top class chardonnay, from the elite Upper Yarra sub-region of the Yarra Valley no less, with penetrating fruit flavours, almond notes, green olives and citrus, and the resultant length through the finish that you rarely see at this price level. It’s an excellent wine now but it will cellar well too. In short, this wine is an ultra easy Yes.
